The luggage drop-off and pick-up process was very efficient. You simply scanned a QR code to access WhatsApp and send a photo of your luggage, which you then showed again upon your return. The advantage was that you could then communicate with them via WhatsApp.

The location is fantastic, right next to the apartment. As for security... not great. They were visible to anyone and didn't ask us for anything. They should provide a secure area to store luggage, away from other people.

A camera was available on site. The suitcases were left inside for 5 hours, everything was fine, they didn't move an inch during our absence! The owner was also very responsive.

Location was very central in split, we just showed QR code and left our bags in, they were stored safely from 11-5pm until we had to leave for our flight. Highly recommend!
