We booked and paid on line which was a very simple process. The drop off process was very easy and the location was very convenient. This was our first time using this type of service and it was an excellent option for us. We were doing a multi week vacation to Croatia and had packed for multiple climates. Bounce allowed us to consolidate into smaller back packs for our short island stay over while keeping our larger luggage safely stored. I would use this service again.

Friendly and smiling staff. Excellent macchiato. The luggage storage system is unusual: bags are left directly in the bar, near the restroom door. Not great in terms of security, as luggage is accessible to everyone.

Such a great easy system. We dropped our bags off here before boarding a yacht for a week around the Dalmatian Coast which meant we only had to take minimal stuff on board. It was so easy to book and retrieve. Highly recommend!

Location was decent enough, but didnt feel completely secure - just a room immediately off the street

A camera was available on site. The suitcases were left inside for 5 hours, everything was fine, they didn't move an inch during our absence! The owner was also very responsive.

Very close and easy to access. A little weird leaving your luggage in a room with everyone else and no monitoring, but worked out well.

Location is very good and instructions to access the storage were very easy to follow. There is no one in the lobby, so I initially felt unsure about the safety of the bags, but there is a camera on at all times, so it was okay. Overall, a very positive experience.

The luggage drop-off and pick-up process was very efficient. You simply scanned a QR code to access WhatsApp and send a photo of your luggage, which you then showed again upon your return. The advantage was that you could then communicate with them via WhatsApp.

It was easy to find. Staff was kind and well-prepared. Enough space to store the lagguages, packs. Safety place.

Fast and friendly service! Dropping off your bag is very simple and hassle-free (just scan the QR code and take a photo of the bags). Everything was arranged within a few minutes. Definitely recommended if you want to leave your luggage safely.
