There is a locked container used only for luggage a short distance from the souvenir stand that handles the bags. This bounce location is at the corner of Diocletian’s Palace on the way to the bus station and ferry landings, which was perfect for us.

This is an easy drop and go solution if you need to check out of your accommodation early and in our case passing the airport at Split on our way to waste some time at Split. Cheap at €4 or so per bag 8 mins walk to airport it says which is also to the bus stop for the no.37 or no.2 to take you to Split if you’re not getting the more expensive shuttle or an Uber/taxi. 5 of us so €60 for a taxi/uber. I think around €17 each for shuttle and bus was €4 each I think. So be aware it’s about a 1hr bus ride, car is about 36mins (we got an Uber back from split to our luggage and he kindly waited and took us to the airport. We tipped him for that. 8 min walk in heat was not nice when we dropped off bags so even though it was dark and a bit cooler the cab ride was welcomed by all! At Bounce split airport it’s a pizza restaurant that has a storage room. They take a photo of what you left and the room is locked. It all helps it be so cheap and must help support local business so this seems a good thing to me.
