The process was much easier than I expected! We walked in and the staff already had our booking written down, so they could take our luggage straight away. They were also flexible about pick up times. It also felt super safe because there were lots of other people leaving their bags too!

Easy process and instructions. Staff was helpful. Luggage was not stored in a secure room though, was just in the main entrance, assuming the front desk is staffed at all times to watch over the luggage.
