This is my first time using this service so I’m not sure what to expect. Store is a secure large metal locker outside in the yard of an apartment conveniently located near split marina. Easily accessible by Uber. Additional security is the apartment cannot be accessed unless let in by host. Contacted them by app to note arrival and communicated via app and what’s app to organise earlier pick up.

It was a very convenient bag storage, and we felt comfortable leaving our bags. The only downside was we couldn’t find any people where we were told to go, and so we weren’t sure if we’d left the bags in the right place or not, we also paid for 7 bags but actually the lockers were massive so we only used 1 locker, and it would’ve saved us quite a lot of money if we hadn’t needed to pay per bag for 1 locker each. I am sure that when there are people there, it is a completely safe and secure place to store bags and we did feel comfortable leaving ours, I only wish the instructions had been easier to follow when we arrived.

Overall good experience! Was just a little confused since I just left my bags in a random apartment/room with no actual lockers and I didn’t own the lock itself so ang staffs can just go in.
