I had booked a tour that started right outside the hotel. So it was a great solution also because it is located in front of the train station.

It is a practical and fast service

We used Bounce at Novotel in Parma right next to the railway station and it was so easy and straightforward. Definitely will use it again. Such a handy option to drop bags off and free yourself to walk around for awhile without being hampered by cumbersome luggage bags all day.

The location is great but it would be even better if the directions were explained in a clearer way. Only when I asked a policeman did it become apparent how close the hotel was.

Great hotel fantastic staff top location

The staff is efficient and welcoming. The Novotel is directly next to the train station, very convenient.

The person helping us was amazing. We didnt’ know about Bounce but she showed us and helped us with all the steps. The other staff also helped us with a map. Woudl happily stay at that hotel and use this service in the future.

Close to the train station

We went on a tour and were picked up outside NH Parma. We didn’t actually stay at the hotel but had to check out of our AirBnB before the tour. It was so convenient to store our luggage and then grab it after the tour and walk straight to our train to Milan.

It would be more convenient to apply an hourly rate.

Registration process etc but I thought that with passport and credit card it would be enough, thanks to the hotel's wi-fi and the help of the staff quite easy, I was able to enjoy my day
