Very easy, no complex procedures, and fast reception and collection

Close to Parma train station and the city center. Very spacious lockers (4 medium-sized suitcases) and the option to collect and add items during opening hours. A positive experience. Not convenient if you only need to leave one suitcase.

They were very kind, I'd say, but I'm not giving it 5 stars because we risked paying twice for storage. Let me explain. We're new to this luggage storage service, so when we asked, after a few hours of storage, to collect just one suitcase, and after showing the QR code, we were told that this allowed us to collect all our bags and not just one, because check-in had been done with a single payment. We then discussed it a bit to reach an agreement, since we couldn't collect them all at that time and didn't want to pay again to keep them there. This information should be shared at check-in to avoid misunderstandings. But the fact remains that it was both the result of our ignorance and their perhaps assuming that it was logical for it to work this way. Thanks again for the service.

It was difficult for me to understand where the luggage drop-off was at first. So, after asking the very friendly Novotel staff, I learned I was in the right place. Booking is quick, easy, and affordable.

At first glance it's a bit strange because it's a cafe, but don't worry, they'll take your bags.

We had a little trouble finding the place: it's inside the Novotel hotel, at the reception. The employees were very friendly and spoke several languages. The service was efficient (with online booking and QR code) and safe.

I was able to feel lighter and the fatigue of my travels blew away. The staff were kind and the service was reassuring.
