Discover Parma Train Station luggage storage

They were very kind, I'd say, but I'm not giving it 5 stars because we risked paying twice for storage. Let me explain. We're new to this luggage storage service, so when we asked, after a few hours of storage, to collect just one suitcase, and after showing the QR code, we were told that this allowed us to collect all our bags and not just one, because check-in had been done with a single payment. We then discussed it a bit to reach an agreement, since we couldn't collect them all at that time and didn't want to pay again to keep them there. This information should be shared at check-in to avoid misunderstandings. But the fact remains that it was both the result of our ignorance and their perhaps assuming that it was logical for it to work this way. Thanks again for the service.

At first glance it's a bit strange because it's a cafe, but don't worry, they'll take your bags.

Very good, the check-in process was very easy, and the staff were super attentive.

The pickup point is conveniently located near the train station and bus station in the hotel itself. There are restrooms and a café in the lobby. It's clean. However, sometimes you have to wait in line if other guests are checking into the hotel at the same time.

Quick and easy drop off and pick up, the lady at the reception super friendly and helpful.

Great service. Great price and they even stored my medication in the refrigerator. Absolutely will use bounce and the NH Hotel location again!

Great service, staff was helpful. Booking online was a hassle, but after that, everything went excellently.

Inside the Novotel hotel at the hotel reception. Very friendly staff, secure, quick and easy drop-off and pickup. 3 minute walk from the train station. The hotel also has a nice bar area with a working space with power outlets, which is great if you need a place to work or relax before catching a train.

Very easy and prompt

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I took the opportunity to get a coffee and a sfogliatella riccia (excellent). Very close to the Pilotta station and the train station, so it's centrally located and convenient.
