  • Very convenient location and super fast to pick up and drop-off, would definitely use them again. It is inside the Novotel hotel, just go to reception but you need to make the booking first.

  • Clean, safe and across the street from Parma train station. Staff was so friendly too. Please note this is inside the Novatel Hotel. Can be difficult to find with maps, and no sign anywhere that says Bounce.
