Close to Parma train station and the city center. Very spacious lockers (holds four medium-sized suitcases) and the option to collect and add items during opening hours. My experience was positive. Not convenient if you only need to leave one suitcase.

Luggage storage, very conveniently located next to Parma Central Station, inside the NH Hotel Group. 2 trolleys for 3.5 hours, €13.40. Perhaps expensive, but recommended for a short walk around the city.

Simply great service. We were in Parma for only a few hours and wanted to explore the city without having to lug our baggage around with us, so I booked ahead with the Bounce app. I originally picked this location due to its close proximity to the train station, but as soon as we walked into the foyer I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the friendly and welcoming service from the staff. Even though we weren’t guests at the hotel, they made us feel like we were. They even offered us the use of their very clean and pleasant bathrooms whilst we were there. We have been traveling Italy from Australia for the last 3 weeks and I only wish that every person we have encountered so far were as friendly, kind and well presented as the staff here. Very highly recommended!

Amazing service with excellent location in NH hotel, that is in close proximity to Parma central train station. I really recommend it!

Despite my 4 or 5 large backpacks accumulated after a long season, I was welcomed very well and all my stuff was labeled, handled with care, and kept safe. Excellent service, just a stone's throw from the station, right behind it.
