I was able to feel lighter and the fatigue of my travels blew away. The staff were kind and the service was reassuring.

Luggage storage, very convenient next to Parma central station, inside the NH. 2 trolleys for 3 and a half hours, 13.40. Maybe expensive but recommended for a walk around the city

Simply great service. We were in Parma for only a few hours and wanted to explore the city without having to lug our baggage around with us, so I booked ahead with the Bounce app. I originally picked this location due to its close proximity to the train station, but as soon as we walked into the foyer I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the friendly and welcoming service from the staff. Even though we weren’t guests at the hotel, they made us feel like we were. They even offered us the use of their very clean and pleasant bathrooms whilst we were there. We have been traveling Italy from Australia for the last 3 weeks and I only wish that every person we have encountered so far were as friendly, kind and well presented as the staff here. Very highly recommended!

The luggage storage is located in a hotel. The reservation is made online, and with the provided code, you simply go to the hotel reception. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

Despite my 4 5 backpacks accumulated after a long season, I was very welcomed and all my stuff was labeled and treated with care and kept safely. Excellent service a stone's throw from the station among other things, exactly behind it.
