It's simple, they keep them in a warehouse near the restaurant, but everything's okay.

Bags were stored in a back room, very secure. We didn’t have to wait at all and everyone was very nice. They have really good iced coffee too and a nice shop.

Easy to book, friendly staff. Convenient location if you want to leave your luggage and go to Banje Beach.

Store owners were very helpful , just needed a place to leave bags while on a layover and very fairly priced

The location was perfect. Just a very short walk - 2 minutes from the Ploce gate. When I checked my bag in the lady took a photo of it and showed me to a rack where I stored my bag. On pick up, I was able to use the customer Toilet for a quick change of clothes. I enjoyed a reading natural flavoured lemonade, they kindly offered ice in a cup. And that was it. I had the delicious coffee on drop off this morning as well. Lovely people, great multi use venue.

They took in our luggage even before opening times which was a nice gesture. All good.

Easy to find, a restaurant with a nice side room for bags. Felt comfy leaving them there and not moved when we collected :)

It was good, nice and quick. Location 5min walk from Pile Gate, so very handy. The storage was not in a locked room, but I still felt like it was secure.

Polite reception, fast and convenient location. The luggage storage location didn't feel secure though, it's between unused tables and a washroom, which customers have access to. My bags were there when I returned. Lucky me.

Very convenient location just outside the city gate. Easy drop off procedure. The bags are tucked away inside the shop, ours were left in full view of the shop so not particularly secure. All in all a good experience.

Communication was excellent and easy in English. There were no problems with either drop-off or pick-up.

The location was very central. The transaction was straightforward. 5 stars for that. However, the bags were in a normal, easily accessible room. Anyone could have carried them out. 1 star deducted.
