Staff were so nice - plus it’s a restaurant and the food was delicious! Drop off and pickup were quick and easy

Dropped luggage here and had a beverage and snack before pickup. Luggage storage was easy, location is super cool for a drink, plus they have TVs for World Cup. Only heads up for luggage drop is that the restaurant is at the top of a large set of stairs, so those with heavy bags take note.

Easy drop off and great location

We had no trouble finding M’arden as the directions are easy. You were a little early and called the number on the door. They were willing to allow us to drop our stuff off a few minutes early. We then called later to pick them up and everything was very smooth.

Very convenient place to leave luggage while touring the Old Town. Relatively easy to find except to note that the turnoff down the alley with the Dubrovnik Tourist office (where the drop off is) has parallel arrows rather than pointing down the alley. Luggage is stored in open cubicles but someone is there all the time so seems very safe. Reasonably priced.

Close to main bus station easy to find and staff are so friendly and professional and helpful . The best customer experience I ever had .

Super convenient as drop-off point right across from bus station. Only caution is to not leave anything valuable in bags as it’s left in the open area of a restaurant.

It was all straight forward. On pick-up, I had to wait a couple of minutes, because the location is a bistro, which had to attend clients in between going with you to the nearby storage facility (50m down the road). My advice, don't plan too tight with picking up luggage and heading to the airport.

Great place to store your suitcase. Near the main bus stop and friendly staff at 49 Bristo restaurant. I quite happily use the again.

Had anticipated that the bags would have been stored in a secure, locked room. However, they were intact upon collection.

Location was relatively easy. The app did not necessarily say that we could stow our luggage inside a bar, but it worked out just fine. Our contact was very kind, generous, and amazing. We were 15 min late arriving to check out and she was very kind about it. Thank you.
