Perfect location near the quieter Ploce gate where my taxi transfer dropped me. Lovely cafe, store and artisan everything shop.

Staff were so nice - plus it’s a restaurant and the food was delicious! Drop off and pickup were quick and easy

Dropped luggage here and had a beverage and snack before pickup. Luggage storage was easy, location is super cool for a drink, plus they have TVs for World Cup. Only heads up for luggage drop is that the restaurant is at the top of a large set of stairs, so those with heavy bags take note.

Easy drop off and great location

We had no trouble finding M’arden as the directions are easy. You were a little early and called the number on the door. They were willing to allow us to drop our stuff off a few minutes early. We then called later to pick them up and everything was very smooth.

No worries! The storage area is about fifty meters from the cafe, don't arrive at the last minute.

The luggage drop off is located at Bistro 49, which is just a 1 minute walk from the main bus station. The staff at the Bistro are so friendly, and you can't go wrong getting a delicious meal there as well!

My first time using Bounce. Staff at Bistro 49 spoke English & were able to help me through the process. Bag was stored in the restaurant. Enjoyed a tasty meal before my onward bus journey. An excellent experience!

Great location just across from the bus station and port. The actual storage is a 2 minute walk away in a lockup. Just had to wait a couple of minutes for a member of staff to get the key and escort us.

Communication was excellent and easy in English. There were no problems with either drop-off or pick-up.

Had anticipated that the bags would have been stored in a secure, locked room. However, they were intact upon collection.

Location was relatively easy. The app did not necessarily say that we could stow our luggage inside a bar, but it worked out just fine. Our contact was very kind, generous, and amazing. We were 15 min late arriving to check out and she was very kind about it. Thank you.
