Discover Dubrovnik Old Town luggage storage

Very friendly staff. Luggage isn't in a locker but in a container in the restaurant, but honestly, no problem at all, and excellent value for money compared to other establishments.

Too many stairs and backpacks lying in a corner, anyone can take them.

Easy access, friendly service

The location was very central. The transaction was straightforward. 5 stars for that. However, the bags were in a normal, easily accessible room. Anyone could have carried them out. 1 star deducted.

Very friendly staff. Close to Pile Gate. We would have appreciated receiving a number when we collected our luggage for added security.

Central location. Everything was fine and without problems.

Drop off and pick up were easy - very friendly staff! Couldn't fault it. One thing I would suggest for people considering booking luggage here is if you have a very heavy suitcase and are unable to climb a large number of steps with it, this is not the place for you.

Didn't love dragging my bags up the stairs, but I guess that is what you get in old city of Dubrovnic.

Perfect drop-off and pick-up. My luggage was stored securely. The shop managers were very friendly.

Lovely ladies, convenient location and easy process x

Very easy and the lady that worked there was so friendly and helpful. Great service

Perfect spot and lovely team!

It went great! Easy check-in and check-out. Luggage was safe. No complaints.

Very easy and cheaper compared to the official luggage drop off. Drop off was vert quick, pick-up we had to pick our bags from a room of other bags so didn't feel totally secure but all of our belongings were there and it seemed fairly safe.

Great location and staff

Great place, nice guys.

The experience was very good, it felts secure and let us to use the bathroom when we left the bagagge and when we left it

They took in our luggage even before opening times which was a nice gesture. All good.

Easy to find, a restaurant with a nice side room for bags. Felt comfy leaving them there and not moved when we collected :)

Polite reception, fast and convenient location. The luggage storage location didn't feel secure though, it's between unused tables and a washroom, which customers have access to. My bags were there when I returned. Lucky me.

The door wasn’t locked

It was good, nice and quick. Location 5min walk from Pile Gate, so very handy. The storage was not in a locked room, but I still felt like it was secure.

Excellent service, good staff and smooth checks in and out

Easy and quick. The lady working there is nice and kind

Great price - easy to find as it is clearly signed.

The location is perfect if you are looking a location inside the old town and you are catching the airport shuttle later in the day. I highly recommend this place.

The people at M’arden we’re very accommodating and flexible. We appreciated the help.

Very nice lady but the location was a bit obscure and you need to call the lady to enter.

Great location, really easy process

Good location just outside old city. Friendly people.
