Discover Dubrovnik Old Town luggage storage

The location was very central. The transaction was straightforward. 5 stars for that. However, the bags were in a normal, easily accessible room. Anyone could have carried them out. 1 star deducted.

Very friendly staff. Close to Pile Gate. We would have appreciated receiving a number when we collected our luggage for added security.

Central location. Everything was fine and without problems.

Drop off was easy, as was pickup. Location is close to Ploce gate, but should be noted at the top of a large set of stairs. No issue for regular carryon sized bags but heavy bags take note! The location is a restaurant so we sat and had a beverage before pickup.

Polite reception, fast and convenient location. The luggage storage location didn't feel secure though, it's between unused tables and a washroom, which customers have access to. My bags were there when I returned. Lucky me.

The door wasn’t locked

Lovely people and easy process. Only negative was that it's not the most convenient location for luggage storage however as it's quite some way and steps from any of the gates to the old town.

Very simple pick up and drop off. People were friendly and polite, and let us use the bathrooms in their restaurant which was a bonus! Thank you for making our last day in Dubrovnik much easier!

It was good, nice and quick. Location 5min walk from Pile Gate, so very handy. The storage was not in a locked room, but I still felt like it was secure.

The location is perfect if you are looking a location inside the old town and you are catching the airport shuttle later in the day. I highly recommend this place.

Central location and good experience.

Convenient location. Felt safe leaving bags there. Unfortunately when we needed to pick them up, the location was locked and the only staff member working was on a break. Ultimately it worked out, but it could've been a real challenge if they hadn't come back or if I didn't have mobile data to text them.

I am not sure if someone told me, but, my taxi driver dropped me off at Buza Gate vice Pile Gate, making the beginning of my day very difficult. Everything about the location and employee was great!

I had no issues! The check-in and checkout process was quick and extremely helpful.

Very convenient location just outside the city gate. Easy drop off procedure. The bags are tucked away inside the shop, ours were left in full view of the shop so not particularly secure. All in all a good experience.
