The process of leaving and picking up our luggage was perfectly smooth and simple. The only issue was that the staff initially told us we could wait inside the hotel after the concert as we had to catch a night bus and we had heard that the area was not very safe at night. However, when we returned we were told that we can wait outside on the street because many people had come back from the concert and wanted to stay inside as well. Of course, I understand that they couldn't let so many people in. However, if they had told us this from the beginning we would have looked for another place to wait instead. The staff were a little unfriendly then but I understand they were probably frustrated by the situation. Under normal circumstances, I would recommend this hotel.

Simple and straightforward

The drop-off process was great. Everyone was nice and they took good care of the bags. However when we went to pick the bags up they didn't ask for any proof that we had bags stored with them and just let us in the room with all the bags stored and pick ours up. Now, this might not be a regular thing since we went after an event, but overall it feels weird to know that we could've picked up any bag.

Ozfair is a fair trade café-restaurant-shop that was a real gem! The welcome was incredibly warm and friendly. Our luggage was safe and secure, and we were able to wander around with complete peace of mind (and freedom of movement!). We're definitely planning to go back for a bite to eat during our stay!

Everything was ok, the gentlemen were nice. I was just surprise that it was inside a convenien store and not locker boxes. So I was a little bit in stress when they took my luggage away. Fortunately everything was ok.

Very well located inside an electrical equipment store. The store manager was very kind and left the suitcases inside the counter, so they were safe.

Easy drop off and pick up. Shop workers were very friendly, and reminded me about the hours of the store. One of them suggested taking a screenshot of the QR code in case something happened to the app. On greeting me they also asked which language I spoke, French or English, which I appreciated. Finally, they took my very large bag (containing a bicycle), which the shop down the street refused to accept. I would definitely use this location again.
