The store has no sign. The reservation to look for the store called Blue Line SRL but the store has no signage or obvious name above the entrance or anywhere so as I dropped off my bag, I was initially very concerned about the safety of my belongings. However, I retrieved my bag and was glad to see that everything is just as it was when I dropped it off and I appreciate the care the store took in keeping my bag safe for me! Thank you.

It would be great if stores that are affiliated with bounce could display a sticker in their window as it took me a little bit of time to work out that I wasn’t looking for a business called bounce but a store that is a Bounce service provider. This is Bounces responsibility though. This store was very friendly

Hiding the bags behind clothing rails is fine but they should be covered by a blanket or sheet. Alternatively they should be stored in the back room behind the counter. It is not acceptable to leave a bag in full view to the public who could quite easily walk off with it when you are not looking or if you go into your back room.

Easy to find from Brussels Centrale. They’re open 24-hours which was great for my boyfriend and I who needed to go to the airport at 4:30am. It’s a corner store/dépanneur and they give your bags tags and then lock them in the back room safely away from customers.

super quick and easy, right in the heart of everything you’d want to see in brussels, and very flexible. i was running late for breakfast and thought i wouldn’t make it in time for pickup but i could easily edit free of charge on the app. highly recommend, my things were safe.
