Little bit of language barrier, but was fine. Several others showed up not knowing what to do. Just an open area in back of restaurant where there store the bags. Used restroom downstairs while we were there to. Great experience!

Yes, very near to the EU Parliament, and safe to with place luggage there. Exellent service.

This location was easy to find, and although our bags did seem safe, they appeared to simply be placed in the back of the shop behind the counter as opposed to a separate, locked room or closet (maybe important to other travellers, depending on what's in your luggage).

Location was perfect. Two minute walk to the train station.  The lovely young man took great care of our Luggage

Location is very close to Brussels Zuid/Midi station. Prices reasonable. Service from Mina was great, she immediately took our messy bags from us so we could go straight out to enjoy our last day and promptly brought them back as soon as we came to collect. Would recommend!

Everything was great, and the service was good too.

This store is right in the city center, where luggage delivery and collection were quick and efficient. The space is spacious and the entrance is convenient, so even with suitcases and a stroller, everything was quick and easy. We handed our luggage directly to the staff, without having to negotiate stairs or other obstacles.

Everything went well and bags were secure. Staff friendly. Only small drawback was roadworks made path to shop a bit difficult for wheeling cases

Friendly staff and easy drop off in a great location.
