The storage facility is located inside a souvenir shop, so it's not automatic. If the shopkeeper goes out for lunch, you'll have to wait for him to return for your bags. Even if you're in a hurry, you'll have to wait for him to serve the shop's customers.

Near the Grand Place. If you book through the Bounce app, drop-off and pick-up are easy. Honestly, I think it's expensive, but I believe they used to charge the same for longer periods. We only left our luggage for 4 hours and 30 minutes, and we paid €30 for 3 suitcases and 3 backpacks.

Easy communication and collection process. The only drawback is having to carry luggage up stairs, especially for people with mobility issues or the elderly.

The workers at the hotel were extremely nice and polite. Thank you very much! Position is also very good.
