Super easy to drop off and pick up, friendly staff

I would definitely use Bounce again. The booking process was easy and we were given lots of information. The app had a lot of details and was easy to use. The location we chose was convenient to the train station and had excellent hours. When we arrived, they scanned our code and took a picture of our bags. When we returned to pick them up, they scanned the code again and made sure that they were returning the correct items. The staff was friendly and the whole process was easy from start to finish.

I was expecting metal lockers or compartments, but it turns out I simply write down your number and it's stored in the back. Everything's fine, nothing's missing. It's perfect for leaving heavy bags and going sightseeing.

Everything went well! I don't understand which dimensions determine the luggage size for booking. It seems to vary depending on the location, but with the same bag, I'm asked to register it as small or medium...

Near the Grand Place. If you book through the Bounce app, drop-off and pick-up are easy. Honestly, I think it's expensive, but I believe they used to charge the same for longer periods. We only left our luggage for 4 hours and 30 minutes, and we paid €30 for 3 suitcases and 3 backpacks.

Easy communication and collection process. The only drawback is having to carry luggage up stairs, especially for people with mobility issues or the elderly.

The workers at the hotel were extremely nice and polite. Thank you very much! Position is also very good.
