It’s in a convenient shop. But SO easy to book. Had to cancel location to switch to another which was super easy and got the notification of refund immediately to my credit card. They take a picture of your luggage which is on the app. And give you tags. Cheaper than the airport lockers and didn’t have to worry about the size of my luggage. Overall it was a great experience would use this service and location again. Thanks!

Quick and easy drop off and pick up. I appreciated that they gave each bag a tag with a number on it and gave you a corresponding slip to show for pick-up. Conveniently located as well.

The location is close, but the roads near the station are mostly sloping and uneven, so be careful if you have a lot of luggage.

Close to the train station and very convenient

We left our backpacks at the Manneke souvenir shop, which is part of Bounce. The staff were very friendly and made me feel safe from the start. It's a great place to leave your luggage. Plus, it was very easy to access the website, pay, drop off, and pick up our bags. Very convenient.

Near the Grand Place. If you book through the Bounce app, drop-off and pick-up are easy. Honestly, I think it's expensive, but I believe they used to charge the same for longer periods. We only left our luggage for 4 hours and 30 minutes, and we paid €30 for 3 suitcases and 3 backpacks.

Easy communication and collection process. The only drawback is having to carry luggage up stairs, especially for people with mobility issues or the elderly.

The workers at the hotel were extremely nice and polite. Thank you very much! Position is also very good.
