We left our bags here for a few hours. Very easy to access and polite staff. The bags were safe.

The guy who was there yesterday was very nice to deal with, but the guy who was there this morning who was wearing glasses was not very nice to deal with, he was talking on the phone while dealing with us.

Look for very small door and there were no signs about luggage storage possibility. Booked online and everything went smooth. Receptionist was chill and helpful - as I had 2 big suitcases then he even carried these down the stairs for me, very thoughtful.

The staff was friendly and stored our backpacks in a locked room on the first floor. Delivery and pickup were quick. Recommended!

The gentleman who serves is very friendly, super safe, they leave everything in a locked room and if you don't present the QR code to collect your luggage, they won't give it to you. A very good option, I highly recommend it.

Cool service. The storage room is in the hotel. You go up to the reception, scan the QR code, choose the required amount of luggage, pay online and the suitcases are kindly taken to the storage room. When you pick it up, you need to show your code again, which came after payment (just in case, you can take a screenshot).

The luggages are stored in a separate room away from any people on the ground floor, which is very much appreciated, as many other storage places store it simply next to the entrance.

Very central, 5 minutes from the central station. Quick drop-off and pick-up, no problem. I'm not giving it 5 stars because there are some stairs, which is inconvenient when carrying suitcases. The price Bounce initially lists isn't what they charge you later, because they add a euro or so as a fee. They should state the total price from the start.

Not very easy to locate as the map took us right inside the galleria. And we were also looking for a signage with the name. Grateful for the pictures on google that finally led us to the place - A Hotel called the Moon. The door has a HOTEL sign on top of it. Staff were very nice. And the place is secured. Will definitely recommend.
