We had a great experience. Very easy to drop off and pick up our luggage.

Was straightforward. No issues.

A bit difficult to find because it's inside a restaurant - maybe put a Bounce sign on the door window so people know it's there. Bags looked after and no problems about picking them up later. Their coffee is good too!

Superfriendly staff and very close to Gare du Midi. I will definitely go back there if ever I need to store my luggage near the station. I hope I will have time to try one of their deliciously looking Tajines too next time I come.

Ideally located near the Midi train station. Friendly welcome. Adjoining room for luggage storage. Easy drop-off and pick-up.

The reception staff were all kind, helpful, and excellent. I got the impression that Mizuho has very good security. It's also not far from the station, which is very convenient.

Perfect. Just a short walk from Brussels-Midi station and our Flibco bus departure point for returning to Charleroi Airport. Friendly staff, quick luggage drop-off and pick-up. Restrooms available if needed. Highly recommended for a day trip to Brussels without luggage, knowing your bags are safe and secure.

So easy to find and very secure

The staff were very kind and helpful. After getting off the Eurostar from London, with the station and Pullman Hotel behind you, you'll see a large brown building across the street. The luggage storage is on the street beyond that building. I was so relieved because the station's coin lockers were full.
