The best bounce house I've ever been to. The staff is professional, and the suitcases are stored in a special room so they are in an extremely safe place. The location is 2 minutes from the bus stop from Charleroi Airport, so it's worth leaving your stuff there if you're going to the city for a short break between flights. I recommend it!

I found the app easy to use, the reviews are very helpful, I used a locker and it was super simple to drop off and pick up my luggage. Furthermore, the only problem I had with a cancellation was easily resolved with the help of a human agent, which made all the difference.

This was a really great experience. Drop-off was very easy. They took a picture of our luggage and scanned our code. When we returned to pick up the luggage, they scanned the code again and verified that they were giving us the correct items. I would definitely use this place again. They were friendly and the location was convenient to the train station.

Great customer service and felt bags were safe and secure

we are from Australia and we're looking for a place to store our luggage for the day while we explore the city. Very nice staff member, ensured our stuff was safe. You need to use the app to check your luggage in and out. Good opening hours as well. Highly recommend.

Easy drop off and pick up. Shop workers were very friendly, and reminded me about the hours of the store. One of them suggested taking a screenshot of the QR code in case something happened to the app. On greeting me they also asked which language I spoke, French or English, which I appreciated. Finally, they took my very large bag (containing a bicycle), which the shop down the street refused to accept. I would definitely use this location again.
