I used Bounce here and found it easy, safe, and convenient to Brussels Midi. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The process of leaving and picking up our luggage was perfectly smooth and simple. The only issue was that the staff initially told us we could wait inside the hotel after the concert as we had to catch a night bus and we had heard that the area was not very safe at night. However, when we returned we were told that we can wait outside on the street because many people had come back from the concert and wanted to stay inside as well. Of course, I understand that they couldn't let so many people in. However, if they had told us this from the beginning we would have looked for another place to wait instead. The staff were a little unfriendly then but I understand they were probably frustrated by the situation. Under normal circumstances, I would recommend this hotel.

nice clean smooth

The drop-off process was great. Everyone was nice and they took good care of the bags. However when we went to pick the bags up they didn't ask for any proof that we had bags stored with them and just let us in the room with all the bags stored and pick ours up. Now, this might not be a regular thing since we went after an event, but overall it feels weird to know that we could've picked up any bag.

Location was perfect. Two minute walk to the train station.  The lovely young man took great care of our Luggage 

Location is very close to Brussels Zuid/Midi station. Prices reasonable. Service from Mina was great, she immediately took our messy bags from us so we could go straight out to enjoy our last day and promptly brought them back as soon as we came to collect. Would recommend!

Amazing location, was great help

So easy to find and very secure

The staff were very kind and helpful. After getting off the Eurostar from London, with the station and Pullman Hotel behind you, you'll see a large brown building across the street. The luggage storage is on the street beyond that building. I was so relieved because the station's coin lockers were full.

Excellent location just a few blocks from the main station, very useful, especially if you're going to Bruges.
