Easy to find, and staffs are friendly

Friendly and welcoming hotel staff, quick efficient process, toilet facilities next to the luggage room. There are two rooms, one which is just open racks for luggage which is the one they used for our booking via Bounce, but all felt secure. Less than 10 mins walk from one of the station exits (but there are a couple of exits so double check!)
