Discover Toronto luggage storage

Very near Union Station perfect

Good service and communication. Removed one star because it was really hard to find even with the directions. They were super helpful when we called though. The location is at the PWC building (not the Union station), up the escalator, and the first doors on the left of the bigger hallway after you exit the escalator and walk through the mini hallway. Search up the PWC building address, I think it’s 18 York St., on the corner of Bremner and York. It’s not a far walk from the Union station. You can see Scotiabank Arena from it. Go inside the building and if you didn’t enter where the escalators are at, find the building’s help/security desk and it’s facing that desk.

All good. Easy drop off. Easy pick up.

Quick and easy with kind staff

Friendly, welcoming, fast and easy.

Convenient location, easy pickup/drop-off, friendly staff.

Easy drop off and pick up.

Good acceso, Quick service

Great location and great service from attendant. Would definitely use again.

Clean location. Easily accessible, drop off and pick up is easy.

Directions to be more accurate, it is a large multi floor mall

The location was so convenient while we visited the mall. Really friendly, too. Definitely recommended :)

The staff were very polite and helpful.

Great location if you need to be close to Union Station. Drop off and pick up were super quick and simple, and the gentleman working the store was very nice.

Good owner, bag was kept safe, thanks

Would highly recommend!

Excellent service :)

Amazing quick service!

Easy and reliable. I recommend it.

Easy to use, close to my hotel

Drop off was super easy I gave them my QR code and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes! Granted there was no line. However, it’s a small convenience store and the store clerk guy was very welcoming and friendly so I felt like my bags would be safe, and they were!

easy drop off and pickup, will book again if I'm in the area

Really good service and close to Unio station

Easy drop off and pickup. Definitely recommend this location if you need to drop bags after a hotel/AirBnB checkout and you want to stay in the area before heading to the airport.

Great staff, very responsive

Friendly and welcoming

Very convenient location for a transfer to Union buses and trains. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Great location for Union Station, just around the corner. Staff were friendly and efficient. Felt totally safe leaving luggage here, it's clearly well used. First time using bounce and had no issue, certainly will use again.

It's a convenience store, and the guy who took our luggage was super friendly both at the beginning and when we picked it up. He even took a picture of you next to your suitcase to help you find it. They're stored on top of the refrigerators, but they look well taken care of. We don't speak much English, and even so, the process was quick and easy. I highly recommend it! Don't forget to show the QR code at the end and have them scan it with their phone to finalize your reservation, otherwise the app might charge you extra.

Easy drop off, fast pick up
