Very good service by the one staff member and no issues whatsoever, highly convenient and the logistical process to drop off and pick up was very good, but a little concerned with how many bags there are in this tiny little store.

Easy drop off and pickup process. The directions to get there are confusing. You will have more luck with Google Maps than the PATH app.

Easy to find, easy system to store your bags. We dropped them off for the Jays game. You just have to trust the back room is secure, which I felt it was. I'd use this again.

We handed them over, they put a label on our suitcases and stored them in a warehouse; I think they were in a safe place.

The cashier is super nice and polite! This place we booked was a legitimate place unlike others we booked where they either didn’t know they were on bounce or they were closed!
