The storage is inside a small convenience store. This causes me to have some little trouble finding it. However. The drop off and pick up process was easy and fast. It's a wonderful service and conveniently close to the downtown Union Station.

Great location for Union Station, just around the corner. Staff were friendly and efficient. Felt totally safe leaving luggage here, it's clearly well used. First time using bounce and had no issue, certainly will use again.

Good service and communication. Removed one star because it was really hard to find even with the directions. They were super helpful when we called though. The location is at the PWC building (not the Union station), up the escalator, and the first doors on the left of the bigger hallway after you exit the escalator and walk through the mini hallway. Search up the PWC building address, I think it’s 18 York St., on the corner of Bremner and York. It’s not a far walk from the Union station. You can see Scotiabank Arena from it. Go inside the building and if you didn’t enter where the escalators are at, find the building’s help/security desk and it’s facing that desk.

Great location if you need to be close to Union Station. Drop off and pick up were super quick and simple, and the gentleman working the store was very nice.

It was a good experience. The only thing that was unfortunate was that when I arrived, there was a sign in the door that they were on a 10 minute break or doing some restocking. I arrived at 12pm (must have been the lunch time). Ended up walking around the block and when I came back at 12:15pm and everything was fine after that. The photo and name on the bounce site said 24 7even. But the name on the shop is now 24 hr Mart so I wasn’t sure I was at the correct place. Those were the only 2 things that went wrong, everything else was great. She scanned my ticket, put my luggage in the back room. I noticed some other luggage at the front so I’m happy that mine got put in the back. It’s reassuring that they take a photo of the luggage when it arrives. Gives customers piece of mind.

Easy no problems

Pleasant experience. Felt safe and secure but owner should make sure to refer to photos to verify bags rather than ask customers if a bag is there’s since then anyone can claim the wrong bag. Otherwise no issues.
