Super smooth experience, friendly staff and felt safe, using it for two drop-offs and pickups! I really like that the staff took photos of us with our luggage, and checked that we were getting OUR bags, not someone else’s!

They have the impression of being disorganised but our cases were stored in a room off the shop and they found the correct cases promptly when I came to collect them. Convenient for Union Station

Myself, my mom and my daughter were in our last day and really didn’t want to carry our heavy backpacks around downtown. I googled luggage storage and found Bounce! The location was close by, so I took the chance and purchased storage. The man on the cash was so friendly and helpful. We left our bags there for about 7 hours and went back after supper to grab them before we went to the airport. Our experience was wonderful. Nothing was broken or missing. All of our items were safely stored for us. Thanks so much! Would definitely use again!

The staffs are very helpful.

We handed them over, they put a label on our suitcases and stored them in a warehouse; I think they were in a safe place.

The cashier is super nice and polite! This place we booked was a legitimate place unlike others we booked where they either didn’t know they were on bounce or they were closed!

The location was excellent close to the Rogers centre. The store owner was friendly and put the bags in a locked room. Very pleased with how easy it was throughout the experience.

The staff were very helpful. It's a convenience store on the second floor of the building, but there's an elevator, making it easy to bring suitcases.
