Excellent 👌 very good service and well located.

This is a smaller sized local convenience store. There is high demand for luggage storage being near to Union Station for onward travel. Items are kept around the store often in front of goods on open display. Does leave the chance for theft of luggage if the lone staff member is not alert, which he was (top work by him in catering for us).

First time using this service and we found it super convenient, easy and reasonably priced. We would definetely use this service again if the situation comes up!

Very kind staff, they took a photo of us with our bags in case we came to collect them after the shift change.

Perfect, very practical and simple.

Great flexible experience, enabled us as travelers to store our large bags to travel the city on our day of flying with more ease.

Take escalator up (the elevators don’t go to the second floor), then the store is on your left.

Perfect location 1 minute south of union station. In the PWC building go just one level up with the escalator and there you are. Very friendly guy that day!

The staffs are very helpful.

We handed them over, they put a label on our suitcases and stored them in a warehouse; I think they were in a safe place.

The cashier is super nice and polite! This place we booked was a legitimate place unlike others we booked where they either didn’t know they were on bounce or they were closed!
