Bounce reservation was pretty safe and smooth. One thing I will say is that the posted Hours of Operation did not match google and staff was running late so they were not open at the expected time which cut into our time exploring the city. However they were kind and attentive and all bags and items were accounted for.

The drop-off and pick-up were good, and the location is conveniently next to the subway. I also felt like my luggage was secure. However, point to note luggage can only be stored from 10 am to 6pm when the store is open.

The location of the luggage drop off was convenient and easy to navigate, as well as a convenient location for exploring Toronto once we were without our heavy luggage. I would recommend staying for a bite to eat or a coffee to appreciate the local business!
