I'm impressed with Bounce's service; it was really helpful, very convenient, and secure. The staff at the luggage storage facility were also excellent and very friendly.

Bounce reservation was pretty safe and smooth. One thing I will say is that the posted Hours of Operation did not match google and staff was running late so they were not open at the expected time which cut into our time exploring the city. However they were kind and attentive and all bags and items were accounted for.
