Friendly staff and a smooth process. Highly recommended!

It's close to Union Station. It's a small shop like a convenience store. When I dropped off my luggage, they asked if I wanted water, but I made sure to clearly say no if I didn't need it. When you don't understand English, you tend to say "yes" to everything. The staff were very good at business! The service was also good. I went to drop off my luggage in the morning, but there were already a lot of people there. I will probably use it again next time.

Good location along Queens Quay, about 10 minutes from CN Tower / Rogers Centre. Our bags were stashed in a location at the back of the store behind a partition, out of sight, so felt confident in their security. Store proprietor was friendly and helpful.

We handed them over, they put a label on our suitcases and stored them in a warehouse; I think they were in a safe place.

The cashier is super nice and polite! This place we booked was a legitimate place unlike others we booked where they either didn’t know they were on bounce or they were closed!
