Wonderful. Great location, small store, but super friendly service!!

Experience was good and very convenient, close to union station. The man at the store was super friendly and offered me water when I dropped off my bag. I quickly realized there was no back/staff room to the store so the bags were placed on top of the tall pop/beverage fridge. That worried me a little bit safety wise, so if you have really precious valuables or you are super cautious that way, perhaps choose another location. That said, when I went back for pickup the same guy was there, remembered me and my bag right away and without prompting which was great. He offered me water again as well. On the whole, definitely liked the service and would use it again 👍🏻👍🏻

Person Behind the counter was amazing

The guy was extremely friendly. I felt that my luggage was safe there. He took a picture of me and my luggage for identification when I picked it up. It is very close to Union Station. I would use this location again.

Staff was super friendly. Bags were kept behind the counter and above the drink fridges.

The place for baggage keeping is very sketchy jajaja but they kept our luggage safe while we traveled around the area. 100% would recommend! Don’t be fooled by how it looks! Lovely staff!

It was smooth and easy. Great that I could drop off my bag Sunday at 8 am.

Would prefer if there was a locked locker or area for the luggage. It was just in a back room. The man working was very nice and helpful.
