Great and easy drop off and pick up

Leaving our luggage was very easy. The staff at the laundry where we leave our luggage were also very friendly. It was a bit pricey overall, but we had an extra half-day to explore.

Everything worked perfectly; I left my suitcase for 8 days. Fast processing, reasonable price, and very friendly service at the drop-off point. Highly recommended, I would use them again anytime.

Bounce reservation was pretty safe and smooth. One thing I will say is that the posted Hours of Operation did not match google and staff was running late so they were not open at the expected time which cut into our time exploring the city. However they were kind and attentive and all bags and items were accounted for.

The location of the luggage drop off was convenient and easy to navigate, as well as a convenient location for exploring Toronto once we were without our heavy luggage. I would recommend staying for a bite to eat or a coffee to appreciate the local business!
