Discover Toronto Union Station luggage storage

Really good experience

Super friendly associate, quick and easy to drop off and pick up! Keep up the great work!

It's a convenience store, and the guy who took our luggage was super friendly both at the beginning and when we picked it up. He even took a picture of you next to your suitcase to help you find it. They're stored on top of the refrigerators, but they look well taken care of. We don't speak much English, and even so, the process was quick and easy. I highly recommend it! Don't forget to show the QR code at the end and have them scan it with their phone to finalize your reservation, otherwise the app might charge you extra.

Easy drop off, fast pick up

Easy close to everything

Second time using, no issues!

No issues as all. Convenient drop off for a Jays game and close to Union Station to get the UP to Pearson.

Very well, identify the bags and store them in a shed.

Very convenient location for a transfer to Union buses and trains. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The owner and the part-timer are really kind!!! Thanks to them, I was able to travel comfortably and store my luggage safely!!

Really nice people

Very close to Union Station and in a quiet area. Very friendly staff.

The staff were very polite, and they tagged my luggage and stored it in the employee back room, so I felt safe leaving it with them. The location is also close to Union Station, making it ideal for storing luggage in Toronto.

Conveniently located for heading to the airport afterwards. We retrieved our luggage without any problems.

Great location for Union Station, just around the corner. Staff were friendly and efficient. Felt totally safe leaving luggage here, it's clearly well used. First time using bounce and had no issue, certainly will use again.

Very good service and customer service

Brilliant service & so easy to arrange

Great service great idea

It was very easy to get to, it's very close to Union Station. And the guys who met us and gave us our luggage were great too. No complaints.

Drop off was straightforward, luggage was well looked after. We were a bit concerned about leaving them anywhere out of our sight but no issues, we would use this service again.
