Everything was easy from booking to leaving our luggage at the storage location to the moment of picking up our stuff. Great option when you check out from your accommodation early and your transportation leaves many hours later. I highly recommend Bounce!

smooth checking in and out

Was really easy to book on the app. Lots of locations to choose from. Once booked it gave me directions to the location. Drop off and pick up was seamless, and reasonably priced. My teenage daughter and I had checked out of our hotel in Toronto and were taking the train to Pearson airport but had a few hours to kill. Dropped off our bags, went and visited the CN Tower, picked up our bags and headed to airport with ease. Will use Bounce again and would recommend to anyone needed short term luggage storage.

They were very helpful and had enough room that I could store a few extra bags. Very close to union station and my lodgings

While the system is a bit basic, it works. Upon arrival, a super friendly girl helped us, wrote down our reservation in a notebook, and stuck name tags on our bags. She also gave us some tips for traveling during a snowstorm. In the afternoon, other staff members were working, and with our passports, they returned our luggage to us. Super quick and easy. Highly recommended!
