Friendly staff at drop off and pickup! Baggage code was scanned at drop off and a photo taken with our luggage. Pick up was another scan and our luggage was returned. We went to INS at 40 university Ave in Toronto. Highly recommend!

It's close to Union Station. It's a small shop like a convenience store. When I dropped off my luggage, they asked if I wanted water, but I made sure to clearly say no if I didn't need it. When you don't understand English, you tend to say "yes" to everything. The staff were very good at business! The service was also good. I went to drop off my luggage in the morning, but there were already a lot of people there. I will use it again next time.

Good, friendly service on site; costs for internet access (even as a guest) are clear and transparent; easy to use; a particularly good feature: luggage is insured. However, I couldn't determine whether the on-site service photographed the luggage upon drop-off and matched it to the order; therefore, I recommend taking another photo of your luggage upon drop-off.
