Luggage storage University Avenue

Excellent service :)

Fast and efficient service.

Really good experience

Super friendly associate, quick and easy to drop off and pick up! Keep up the great work!

It's a convenience store, and the guy who took our luggage was super friendly both at the beginning and when we picked it up. He even took a picture of you next to your suitcase to help you find it. They're stored on top of the refrigerators, but they look well taken care of. We don't speak much English, and even so, the process was quick and easy. I highly recommend it! Don't forget to show the QR code at the end and have them scan it with their phone to finalize your reservation, otherwise the app might charge you extra.

Easy drop off, fast pick up

Easy close to everything

Second time using, no issues!

No issues as all. Convenient drop off for a Jays game and close to Union Station to get the UP to Pearson.

Not your typical bag storage, they store the bag literally in the store, not any room. Small space, super friendly staffs, our bags returned as they were. Great storage place!

So efficient and polite

Super easy and quick drop-off. A photo is taken of all luggage and its owner upon drop-off to prevent anyone else from retrieving the suitcases. Pick-up was also quick and straightforward.

This was a great experience! I went there the day before and spoke with the owner who assured me that the bags are secured and someone watches them all day. Drop-off and pick-up were easy, my bags were in the same condition as I left them, and the location was very convenient.

The gentleman working was amazing and I’ll make sure to recommend to everyone!

Super convenient! Would recommend to anyone. Easy and safe drop off/pick up.

Very close to Union Station. Good place to leave your bags while you visit a restaurant. We enjoyed Moxies just a few yards away.

When I got there I was concerned about my bags mostly my laptop… my life… the guy was like “don’t worry your bags will be safe…” and then I said “well with thousands of 5 star reviews I guess it will won’t it???” I picked my bags up after my Niagara Falls tour at 130 am and everything was perfectly safe! It was worth the $25.00 and very very convenient! I would and will always use them when I’m in Toronto!

Drop off and pick up was quick and easy! Staff was fantastic and super friendly!! Dave says thanks Neil!!

Friendly helpful staff, quick and efficient.

This was a godsend and the owner was incredibly helpful. I lost my phone at airport on flight in and was supposed to be at a concert after landing and they made sure I had peace of mind leaving my bags with them and even sent me off with a traveller so I could be fully enjoying my concert experience. The later hours also really worked for my situation and the location was so very convenient. Highly reccommend using their services!
