This was my first time visiting Canada, and it was also my first time using Bounce Luggage Storage. Since I was traveling alone, I wanted to attend a conference while also exploring as much of Canada as possible. Following an itinerary suggested by ChatGPT, I discovered the option of using luggage storage and decided to book with Bounce. It made my travel plans incredibly smooth and convenient. 1. Excellent location: It is very close to Union Station. As a first-time visitor to Canada, I had no trouble finding the location. I was able to drop off my luggage quickly and return to Union Station in just a few minutes to continue my journey. 2. Outstanding customer service: Because my actual schedule changed, I arrived earlier than my reserved drop-off time. The staff kindly accommodated me without any issues, allowing me to make better use of my day. I am truly, truly grateful for their kindness and flexibility. 3. Easy reservation management: After completing my booking, I realized I needed to add another suitcase to my reservation. To my surprise, it was incredibly easy to update my booking through the app. It was so convenient! 4. Safe and secure storage: When I picked up my luggage, everything was in perfect condition. Nothing had been damaged or compressed, and I was able to finish my trip with complete peace of mind. I will definitely use Bounce again on my next trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto!

Very close to Union station in Toronto. Very helpful guy's. Left 6 large suitcases and 6 rucksacks/Tote bags. It was already quite full but not a problem accommodating ours. Pick up was easy, everything was how we had left it. Would recommend.
