  • Drop off and pick up were great and easy. They stored the bags nicely. Just make sure to get there exactly for the time you said for drop off on the app. This has nothing to do with INS Market but we were 10mins later than our drop off time and the app automatically checks you In AND Out and you dont get a refund. Luckily the guy at INS Market let us just book again right there at his counter so problem easily solved!
