Discover Intercontinental Toronto Centre luggage storage

No issues as all. Convenient drop off for a Jays game and close to Union Station to get the UP to Pearson.

Not your typical bag storage, they store the bag literally in the store, not any room. Small space, super friendly staffs, our bags returned as they were. Great storage place!

Really friendly. Thank’s.

So efficient and polite

Super easy and quick drop-off. A photo is taken of all luggage and its owner upon drop-off to prevent anyone else from retrieving the suitcases. Pick-up was also quick and straightforward.

This was a great experience! I went there the day before and spoke with the owner who assured me that the bags are secured and someone watches them all day. Drop-off and pick-up were easy, my bags were in the same condition as I left them, and the location was very convenient.

The gentleman working was amazing and I’ll make sure to recommend to everyone!

Drop off was straightforward, luggage was well looked after. We were a bit concerned about leaving them anywhere out of our sight but no issues, we would use this service again.

TOP - Price - Performance - ideal

The attendant was very polite!

Very straightforward, professional service at this storage site. Proximity to Union Station is a plus.

Staff was great and handled everything well.

Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. Perfect location with Union Station and the shuttle to Billy Bishop only steps away.

Easy and effective!

Easy to find and very close to both Union Station and many city sights. Helpful staff.

Great service, helpful staff

Excellent service and very helpful.

Easy access Quick and courteous service

This luggage storage facility is located near Union Station. You can easily reserve and use it through the Bounce app or website. Since there are no coin lockers at Union Station, use this service if needed. This location is also a convenience store, making it convenient for purchasing small items. It's located very close to the 2nd-floor connecting walkway from the Union Station building, and is also easy to find if you come up the escalator near the intersection on the 1st floor.

Easy drop off and pick up close to Union and the PATH

Drop off/pick up process was really easy and so close to Union station

Quick and easy process.

Staff was great, easy to communicate with and even went above and beyond with a little cut I suffered.

The location is very close to CN Tower and Union Station, the service is good and the owner of the shop very gentle and kind.

Great location for luggage storage. Easy to use.

Very friendly, very good. I'm just not sure how safe my bag was while with them.
