The cashier is super nice and polite! This place we booked was a legitimate place unlike others we booked where they either didn’t know they were on bounce or they were closed!

The person in charge of the store is not the same as the person in charge of the luggage storage service.

Drop off and pick up were very easy. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely use this location again!

We handed them over, they put a label on our suitcases and stored them in a warehouse; I think they were in a safe place.

The location was excellent close to the Rogers centre. The store owner was friendly and put the bags in a locked room. Very pleased with how easy it was throughout the experience.

Would prefer if there was a locked locker or area for the luggage. It was just in a back room. The man working was very nice and helpful.

Everything worked out OK, but it doesn't seem very secure. All I had to do was ask for my bag. They didn't even ask me for ID

It was little hard to find. Bags were just behind the dest.

They were nice. Could’ve been 5 stars but our luggage were near the exit of the register

really kind but seemed slightly confused, it didn’t quite feel like they really knew what they were doing, we just wrote our names down on a piece of paper and left
