Located past the escalators up, you’ll see a corner store with Bounce signage. Dropped off my heavy bag for a couple hours so I could freely explore Toronto while waiting for my next train at Union Station. The price was affordable, and the clerk handled the process smoothly. Pick up was uneventful in a good way. Perfect for a day excursion. But be aware of the location’s hours.

Great experience! The gentlemen helping us was very nice and reassured us that our bags would be safe there. It helped us continue sightseeing without the hassle of dragging our bags around the city.

The location was very convenient. We were leaving from Union station later that day so it was just a few minutes away. The check in was very easy, just scanned my code and confirmed the bags. And the worker was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely use again

Very good location, in the same building than train and bus station. I did t see if the bags were safetly managed in a store but people in the place looks very confident and friedly.

What I loved most wasn’t even that I could be at ease to explore knowing my bags were secured, it was the young fella (I’m so sorry I forget his name or I’d give him his flowers but he was working Monday 11 May, he asked me about my camera) who delivered exceptional customer service - not the performative kind, the authentic kind… the kind that ripples positive energy throughout your day and that is a beautiful gift. Excellent place to store bags close to Union Station

Easy to find. Quick to drop off and pick up bags. Wish they were open Sundays because it is such a convenient spot but grateful the were there during the week day.
