Nice location. We were able to utilize the side streets to pull up to the shop, park temporarily to quickly drop off our luggages. Friendly staff, safe storage space. Would use again!

The location is easy to find, very close to Osgoode tube station. Luggage handling was quick. The staff were very courteous both when dropping off and picking up at the end of the day. The app is great; I'm very happy with it.

I wouldn't say it was the most secure of luggage storage places I have come across, but the person in the shop was very pleasant and our bags were retrived without issue - what more can you ask for?

Good location, close to public transportation, friendly stuff. However, not the safest place to store things since the luggage is not really locked in.
