  • The luggage was well taken care of, the place is inside a market, in front of Tim Hortons, in the Atrium shopping mall, level -1 (it was a little difficult to find), but it's a great location because it's close to the subway and makes getting around much easier.

  • It was a great experience! It would be nice if the store had indicators that it participated in Bounce to store luggage. It was a bit challenging to figure out what store in the mall was I supposed to go to. But once I found it, the experience was great. The staff was friendly, they added tags to the luggage and was open late so I could collect my bags at the end of the day.

  • This was our first time leaving luggage anywhere other than at a hotel. We were a little hesitant but there was no need. The store was in a mall off Dundas and Yonge. Great location. The guy in the store was really friendly and helpful. Apologies for not remembering your name. Our cases were stored securely. They were tagged and we were given tickets for retrieving them. All done smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended. Thanks so much.
