Quick, secure, and kind staff!

We planned to go catch a bus to Niagara Falls. This is the only place open 24hours and service was quite nice.

Super friendly staff inside. Booked online in advance. The storage is located inside the Samesun even though the address is listed differently (which was a little confusing). Otherwise, great location and service.

The staff at the hostel was great. However the area was a bit weird and unsafe.

Located within the samesun hostel, simply press the ringer, show the hostel staff the booking confirmation and come back before expiry with the tag to get back your luggage.

They are so warm and friendly and genuine and helpful and the store is a foodie’s wet dream. Really can’t recommend Benny’s enough. For bag drop, for information on Vancouver and a chat, for the array of foods, you name it! Try the cream filled croissant while you’re there

Had a flight at 8pm so had the day to enjoy Vancouver. They were easy to find and only cost $20 for two pieces. They lock the room and it's secure. I was able to then return from my trip and collect my baggage. Lovely service too

Very close to the city center, my flight home had a stopover in Vancouver so it was perfect to go out and get to know the city a little.

They took care of my luggage for a few hours, so I didn't have to drag it everywhere. Then I went and got it back.
