The lady working here so was incredibly kind. The store was locked and unless she opened the door you couldn't get in, so it made me feel way safer about leaving my stuff there for the day while I explored the city

The employees were very welcoming and helpful. They locked up the luggage in a closet. They also let us use the restroom before we headed out to explore. It is also a major plus that they are 24 hours.

Location was very convenient. Note that the store doesn't open until noon but an employee was available at 11 to take our bags. The bags were kept behind a locked door, and the employee who greeted us at pickup was very helpful.

It went really good! Easy and I felt completely comfortable with leaving my items there. It would have been nice if I was able to sit down for 20 min to charge my phone. As I learned that was not a part of bounce and I was declined that option.

Easy drop off and pick up

Location a bit hidden down an small alleyway. Staff were friendly. Storage area is large. Overall smooth using the app and facility. No issues with bags dropped and/or items missing. Would happily use again.

The location worked well for us and the gentleman that was there was extremely nice. Our only concern when we left was that we were told to leave our bags toward the back of the main barbershop area This area one coming into the shop to get their hair cut. We had backpacks with laptops, etc. so we were a little concerned with that. Maybe if there was a "non-exposed" area like in the back room, that would have made us feel a little better. All-in-all, it worked out OK for us. Thanks.
