All was good and secure

Very convenient when we couldn’t bring our bags into the convention center. Very nice and quick staff.

The location is right next to the convention center. The lady was very nice. Easy drop off and pick up.

I was a little skeptical at first but I’m glad I trusted the process. It was an ease being able to drop off our luggage to enjoy the afternoon before flying out. Angie was very nice and stored our bags. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful and took care of my bags. They are placed behind a screen divider in her view. It’s a spot to grab and go yummy sandwiches and coffee with only one tiny table so did not worry about my bags.

Drop off was easy. However, I despite picking up my bike over an hour before the end of my reservation, I received an email stating it looked like I didn't pick up my bike and the reservation was not closed. I do not want to be chatged extra.

It went so smooth, I used this location again for part 2 of my trip!

Location is great for the center city historic area. After checking in my bag, the front desk staff opened the locked bag storage room and had me put my bag on a shelf. The bag was right where I left it when I came back.

Bounce was perfect for keeping our bags for a couple hours so we didn’t have to drag them around waiting for our room to be available.

Good place, very close to the station and fast service.

Staff was friendly and helpful, not just for dropping the bag but even suggesting we fill up our water bottles before venturing out on a scorcher day

The woman is very sweet and experienced with keeping luggage. Small place, but great for short term storage of a few bags.

The location was great and the staff did their job well. However the staff were not very hospitable or courteous. Not to imply they were rude, just an air of annoyance that made me feel I was inconveniencing them. Because if this, I would be hesitant to use this location again.

This service is amazing! I didn't know it existed. I came to Philadelphia just to see one World Cup match in the afternoon and had nowhere to leave my luggage. I found them thanks to ChatGPT. The service was very quick and easy through the app. Plus, the guys who helped me receive my luggage at the Sleep Inn were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd give them 100 stars. Thank you! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Easy drop off and friendly staff however bags weren’t fully secure. They were left behind a curtain in the lobby.

It was awesome! We got to spend the day touring Philadelphia without worrying about our bags. The proprietor of the Fieri Barber Shoppe, Jay was super kind and helpful! I don’t know about other areas and the respective locations … but this location was perfect for us and around the corner from where we were staying. Don’t hesitate to use this service if your in need of a couple hours of storage before your check in is available.
