  • Location was great as we were staying one street over. Bags were safe, although in the main area, but were being watched by staff. Wish we had been told of closing time of the UPS location though...almost didn't get there in time to pick them up before they closed. That should have DEFINITELY been in a message to us, or communicated by the UPS folks. Would have been a horrible end to our trip! Thanks for the service -allowed us to have 3 more hours of fun!

  • Check in process was efficient. They took a picture of my bag and encouraged me to take a photo for my own records. I felt my bag was secure and they made the rules clear (if you need access to the bag you need to check it out and check it back in). I would use it again if needed for other trip.
