  • The location was great and the staff did their job well. However the staff were not very hospitable or courteous. Not to imply they were rude, just an air of annoyance that made me feel I was inconveniencing them. Because if this, I would be hesitant to use this location again.

  • This service is amazing! I didn't know it existed. I came to Philadelphia just to see one World Cup match in the afternoon and had nowhere to leave my luggage. I found them thanks to ChatGPT. The service was very quick and easy through the app. Plus, the guys who helped me receive my luggage at the Sleep Inn were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd give them 100 stars. Thank you! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

  • It was awesome! We got to spend the day touring Philadelphia without worrying about our bags. The proprietor of the Fieri Barber Shoppe, Jay was super kind and helpful! I don’t know about other areas and the respective locations … but this location was perfect for us and around the corner from where we were staying. Don’t hesitate to use this service if your in need of a couple hours of storage before your check in is available.

  • Easy to find. Very friendly staff. Drop off was simple. They give you numbers for each bag, you take a photo for when you return, you place them in a locked room, and on your way. Pickup was simply show the picture of the tags and you grab them. Would definitely use again!
