The location was very convenient and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Bags were stired on a secure location behind the desk. Will use this location again when I am in Philadelphia.

Highly recommend. Located in Chinatown, the owner is a very responsible woman who speaks fluent bilingual languages. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it a highly recommended destination.

Yes. It was perfect!

Drop off was easy. Neighborhood was difficult to get an Uber in because someone said it was a little sketchy. I felt my bag was safe and pick up was easy.

Really nice clerk at the restaurant where we stored luggage until we could check into our AirBnB. Allowed us to explore all afternoon with no worries about the bags. Easy and quick!

Easy and efficient. Seemed a bit pricey to leave bags for 2 hours-- about $4.50 an hour- but I think that was an all day price (about $9 for one bag) BUT so worth it to us since we were able to park bags instead of lugging them through Philly for hours and miles...
