It went so smooth, I used this location again for part 2 of my trip!

This service is amazing! I didn't know it existed. I came to Philadelphia just to see one World Cup match in the afternoon and had nowhere to leave my luggage. I found them thanks to ChatGPT. The service was very quick and easy through the app. Plus, the guys who helped me receive my luggage at the Sleep Inn were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd give them 100 stars. Thank you! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Easy drop off and friendly staff however bags weren’t fully secure. They were left behind a curtain in the lobby.

The door stays locked during the day and our bags were right in the front (behind the desk) when we arrived to come pick them up.

The location isn’t too far from Jefferson Station at all, and it was very secure! Locked door, attentive staff who was expecting us, and we left with no worries!!! Amazing experience!

Location was great! Right by many tourist spots and public transportation. Staff at pickup and drop-off were very helpful and friendly.

I was a little skeptical at first but I’m glad I trusted the process. It was an ease being able to drop off our luggage to enjoy the afternoon before flying out. Angie was very nice and stored our bags. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful and took care of my bags. They are placed behind a screen divider in her view. It’s a spot to grab and go yummy sandwiches and coffee with only one tiny table so did not worry about my bags.

The woman is very sweet and experienced with keeping luggage. Small place, but great for short term storage of a few bags.

Annie was super helpful … we had trouble with the app and she couldn’t have been nicer, also made recco’s for sights to see with in walking distance … would definitely use again

A very sweet woman, she also makes very tasty Bahn mi sandwiches. I wish she had an even bigger space, because she does good work.

The people were great. The location is good. The owners need to clean and freshen the space.
