This was absolutely perfect! We got into town in the morning but couldn't check in until 5pm. This location was about 2 blocks away, so a very easy trek. Everyone was very nice. I am 100% pleased with how this all worked out and would absolutely recommend.

Easy access, staff was friendly. Might need to wait a sec since I think there is only one person working the desk who may be away doing something.

super easy and quick plus i could also get a tasty bahn mi while i was there. they store your luggage out of sight behind a screen so i felt pretty good about leaving my stuff there. i also ordered a number 1 bahn mi and it was scrumptious.

Seamless drop-off, friendly service, low rates and an easy pickup. Plus the location helped me find a better entrance to Suburban Station, which has eluded me in previous visits. Will definitely use Bounce again!

Amazing!!! Great people. First time using this service. We did a quick visit to the city of Philadelphia took the train from the airport to Suburban and right there next to the Consulate of Mexico is the Dry Cleaner. They took good care of our luggage.

No constructive feedback, but the lady -- I believe she's the manager of the story (Aylita?) was wonderfully helpful and humorous. Using this location was a fortunate experience.

Very easy and smoothly. The staff lady was very nice. On the bounce app they say it closes at 6.30pm but they ask to be there at 6pm so they can close the store on time (not a problem but you should know) I am not sure where our luggages stay during the day but they were there when we came back so all good! It is really worth the money when you arrive early and want to enjoy the city without the luggages.
