Drop off was easy. Neighborhood was difficult to get an Uber in because someone said it was a little sketchy. I felt my bag was safe and pick up was easy.

Location was easy to find, one block from our Air BNB. Bags were secured behind a closed door with identifying tags attached and photos taken. Great experience.

Check in process was efficient. They took a picture of my bag and encouraged me to take a photo for my own records. I felt my bag was secure and they made the rules clear (if you need access to the bag you need to check it out and check it back in). I would use it again if needed for other trip.

Easy and efficient. Seemed a bit pricey to leave bags for 2 hours-- about $4.50 an hour- but I think that was an all day price (about $9 for one bag) BUT so worth it to us since we were able to park bags instead of lugging them through Philly for hours and miles...

The lady was very friendly, amd helpful. 10/10 ☺️😁 Everything was okay! 😊
