Easy pick up, easy drop off, convenient location

This was our first time using this service. It was a convenient location near our Airbnb. Since we had to check out by 10am and our flight wasn't until 4 pm, this was a lifesaver to us as we wanted to still check out the Philadelphia area without our luggage. It was easy to book and a very smooth drop off and pick up, the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Easy to do; only thing that would make it better is if I’d known the store I was looking for. I just had the address, which is for a general office building. I wasn’t using the app, so maybe more info would be there. Likely to use bounce in the future.
