Was a bit nervous as the bags were just set behind an open counter out in the open. I didn't have an issue, but bags should be stored in an area not visible.

The shop looks like it is in an unfriendly area but that maybe because we don't know much about the place. The store clerk was fast and efficient He made the process easy. Pick up was easy too. Would totally do it again

She was very lovely. When we pick it up they just let us grab our bags after confirming my first name. Just wonder if they should have a way to verify who’s bags are whose as there were others there. But very good service otherwise

I appreciate the service. It was great and easy. This is my first time using Bounce though, and I am suspicious of the lack of security of the bags at this location. But it all worked out OK.

Didn't seem super safe ... when I picked up, agent just asked me which bags were mine without verifying anything.

The perception of safety is not the best with suitcases stored behind the cash register and not in a special compartment

Customers should know in advance their luggage is being put behind a desk without any security or system to know whose luggage belongs to who.

I liked the proximity of your location, the easygoing staff I dealt with (she helped me with connecting to their WiFi when she found I hadn’t booked online yet) and the speed of the service.
