The location is close to the airport, the manager's service was excellent, and the storage is secure. I had a problem because a duplicate reservation was made due to Wi-Fi issues, but the cancellation of the duplicate order was immediate. Good service.

The staff was friendly and helpful in giving us information on transportation. Two things to note: the lobby is on the second floor and there are only stairs and it’s hot-no AC in the stairs and lobby area-should be fine if you have small luggage but not large pieces. Also, all the luggage was kept in the lobby area-it was tagged and they made sure the QR code was scanned to retrieve it but it wasn’t locked away. It worked for what we needed, just a few details to know.

The place was clean, and the service was excellent! Being able to leave our luggage there while we explored Cartagena gave us complete peace of mind.

The person who helped us was great, very kind and helpful. The only downside was that they closed an hour earlier than the time we had paid for, which was also shown on the website.

First time using Bounce. Worked perfectly as expected. Location is a hotel, which is what made me choose it. Luggage was kept in hotel lobby, not sure if this is normal, but was under the eye of the reception staff the whole time. Easy process. Small entrance through intercom / buzz door (hotel is upstairs), and exactly where map says.
