Very easy drop-off and pickup process. I dropped my bags off at Hotel Casa Agustina. The staff was friendly and patient with my poor Spanish. The location felt safe and secure. Highly recommend.

First time using Bounce. Worked perfectly as expected. Location is a hotel, which is what made me choose it. Luggage was kept in hotel lobby, not sure if this is normal, but was under the eye of the reception staff the whole time. Easy process. Small entrance through intercom / buzz door (hotel is upstairs), and exactly where map says.

I had an issue with my bounce booking who appeared already collected while i was trying to check in. The staff went beyond to help me and dealt with the issue themselves. Highly appreciated!

Very easy and felt secure, left four bags with some valuables inside for a few hours and everything was just how we left it when we returned.

The staff was friendly and helpful in giving us information on transportation. Two things to note: the lobby is on the second floor and there are only stairs and it’s hot-no AC in the stairs and lobby area-should be fine if you have small luggage but not large pieces. Also, all the luggage was kept in the lobby area-it was tagged and they made sure the QR code was scanned to retrieve it but it wasn’t locked away. It worked for what we needed, just a few details to know.
