Great service, and storage. The location is very close to the airport. I wish Bounce would provide the address prior to booking. I can plan much better with the exact address verse general vicinity. I booked 4 locations to find the exact address, I canceled 3, now I have a few hundred dollars of credit. It's a great service, it just needs to be a little more transparent for booking purposes.

The people on the counter was very helpful and nice. They made the interaction seamless.

Folks were super easy to work with and accommodating. Needed a lot of oversized luggage stored so I can go on a separate trip with just a backpack.

I left my hand carry backpack here. I was late for the pick up, but I was given a grace period and no charges for the 30 mins extension. I wish they had one much nearer to MOA. But overall I will still leave my luggage here in my future MNL travels. A good find if you don't want to carry your heavy stuff while killing time for your flight.

What a great idea to have storage for luggages especially when having to hop to other islands/places before our final destination. Very convenient location, no logging the bags all over town. The people were great. Only remembered Mike. Security was top notch. Thank you.

The location is ground floor of 75 Inn, it was easy to locate. My luggage was tagged and kept safe; They asked me to take a picture of my belongings as well. Highly recommend to folks like me who want to explore a city but don't want to carry their luggage around, Bounce 75 Inn is safe and reliable.

Great way and great place to stash your extra luggage when we travelled to Sabang Beach in Palawan for a few days. We did not need to take all our cold weather gear from Tokyo or our souvenirs with us!

The staff was fantastic! A safe location! A very convenient option! Cheaper than checked baggage or shipping! Close to the airport by Grab (100-150 pesos). Very close to bus lines (walking distance). Highly recommended!

I was having trouble finding other luggage storage options on Google Maps that I could use because they were actually only for hotel guests, but this one is available regardless of whether you're staying at the hotel or not! So convenient! And it's open 24 hours! Just tell the TRYP hotel front desk you want to use BOUNCE and they'll call someone for you. You can easily register and pay using the QR code provided.

1. I did not trust just a link on FB page, it did not look legit nor updated. I trusted bounce more. Until bounce announced a new site inside T3 which is a colab with L&MStorage, thats when i booked online under bounce… 2. Receiving was ok, but the pick up not so because the reception staff was not looking at me, while theyre looking at the computer more, like there was no communication of whats going on ( actually the wifi was slow )… its like i am being snobbed… good thing i have photos of the number ( luggage number) and suggested more a manual approach should they cannot open the data from the computer… i did not like that, they had to ask for the bar code twice …
