Owner is Easy to deal with Baggage are safe

Great experience, located at Terminal 3 arrivals near the canteen/food court area. The customer service agents were so helpful and will definitely use them again for our next storage needs :)

The deposit and withdrawal went smoothly, alhamdulillah.

Easy process, can be managed by the app Bounce if time adjustments are required. Super friendly and efficient staff.

Very easy to find, (under the stairs to the 2nd floor food court) very easy to use the photograph your luggage and your face, so it is super fast and easy to check out as well.

Great experience! Very nice people, easy check in and check out. High recommend.

Rafael was super friendly and helpful, communication was great, the place is easy to find and everything was ok.

Easy check in check out. Recommended

The location was really close to the airport and the staff were super knowledgeable about Bounce. They stored my luggage and kept it in a secure place, which left no room for worry in my mind. Check in and check out were both easy and quick (I did both of these on short layovers).

Smooth and convienient process

Everything’s smooth!

easy to find, drop off and pick up, open 24/7

Very uncomplicated, all good

Friendly and helpful

Nice and easy and only a short taxi drive away

Easy check in and pick up. The staff were also kind to let me wait onsite for my Grab ride to arrive.

Very conveniet location close to terminal 2. Friendly, accurate and timely receiving and issuing of the luggage

Great place, very professional and friendly service. Close to terminal 2. I highly recommend

Great service, and storage. The location is very close to the airport. I wish Bounce would provide the address prior to booking. I can plan much better with the exact address verse general vicinity. I booked 4 locations to find the exact address, I canceled 3, now I have a few hundred dollars of credit. It's a great service, it just needs to be a little more transparent for booking purposes.

The location is ground floor of 75 Inn, it was easy to locate. My luggage was tagged and kept safe; They asked me to take a picture of my belongings as well. Highly recommend to folks like me who want to explore a city but don't want to carry their luggage around, Bounce 75 Inn is safe and reliable.

Familiar Grab destination. Accomodating staff. Efficient system and process. Importantly, luggages were safe.
