The staff was very nice to us! He even let me use their staff restroom as I needed to change clothes. They were also open by the time we came in (5:30AM). Our luggages were safe and we didn’t have to worry about lugging it around everywhere. It was also conveniently close to the Arab Street which is another attraction. Apart from that, it was also near the bus station (Golden Mile Tower) where we had to ride our bus gping back to Malaysia. Will definitely do this again!

Right in the heart of Singapore - this luggage storage location is also a bit of a hot spot for checking out the scene. Definitely one of the best luggage storage places I have ever used. Definitely recommend!

We had a smooth experience getting our luggage checked in at The Clarke Quay Hotel. The staff who assisted us upon check-in was very friendly, and so was the other staff who assisted us upon check-out. Really happy with the service we got. Our bags were secured, and we didn't lose anything at all. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing and we’re ready for us when we got there to take care of our bags. Going to the restaurant on foot was not too bad a walk,but I’d take a grab if you have large suitcases. Getting back we were able to collect all our luggage with no issues at all. Thank you so much for the friendly hospitality.

The store was closed when we got there and we couldn’t get in. We had to call for a staff we found outside to help us get in. But the checkin and checkout process were very smooth. It is also close to Haji Lane and very convenient.

The owner is super helpfull. At first I was hesitate about this service because this is my first time using it. But when I arrived , everything goes smoothly. Easy, safe and efficient. Initially, we were a little concerned about leaving our bags in a small store room in a book store for 5 weeks, but the friendly staff assured us they would look after the bags and when we came back to pick them up 5 weeks later there they were as good as we had left them. Will definitely use Basheer Graphic Books again.
