super convenient and it was literally in the convenience store! saved my life because I don’t want to bring a huge bag everywhere I go during my night life.

It is a system where you make an online reservation and then visit the designated store to drop off your luggage. Since the store might be full and you might not be able to leave your items, it is recommended to book online in advance if you want to use a specific location. At the U mart where I dropped off my luggage, the staff were efficient, accurate, and fast, and the interior looked clean, which was nice. It is not a system where you lock your personal locker yourself, so it is best to lock your belongings beforehand. The price was about 11 SGD for one large item, including insurance.

I made the reservation the night before, completing the payment online in advance. I arrived at this convenience store in about 7 minutes from the nearest station. They confirmed my name and showed me a numbered ticket. I wasn't given the number when I dropped off my suitcase, so I wrote it down myself before going out. When I returned, I gave them the number, and the pickup process was smooth.

Staff were nice and helpful. They just asked for the QR code and my luggage was accepted in no time. As a hotel with proper storage it felt more safe and secure. Pickup was just as fast & easy. Highly recommended

We had a smooth experience getting our luggage checked in at The Clarke Quay Hotel. The staff who assisted us upon check-in was very friendly, and so was the other staff who assisted us upon check-out. Really happy with the service we got. Our bags were secured, and we didn't lose anything at all. I highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located in China Town close to the MTR, this phone repair shop was easy to find amongst the other shops. They were attentive and quickly checked in my luggage. It was readily available on my return too. There are lots of good food shops nearby too

It was pretty easy to find the place. The cell phone persons asked us if we are there for Bounce.

Used the bounce service at this shop for dropping off some bulky shopping while I went to visit a friend. My stuff was placed inside a room and the staff was quick and friendly, so I was able to enjoy the convenience of moving around without a heavy load!

I stored my suitcase there while sightseeing in the bay area before heading to Johor Bahru. Although the location was a bit hard to find, it was a huge help to be able to move around unencumbered.

I could not find the location of KS Mobile in the Bounce Luggage Storage information. It would have been easier to understand if the floor number had also been included. However, the staff response was very polite.
