Discover City Square Mall luggage storage

The store was closed when we got there and we couldn’t get in. We had to call for a staff we found outside to help us get in. But the checkin and checkout process were very smooth. It is also close to Haji Lane and very convenient.

The owner is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place, it’s near Mustafa where you can buy your “pasalubong” and other stuff.

The staff is very friendly, very helpful and very nice. She helped me with all my heavy luggages and kept them safe till I claimed them. To make me feel safe, she told me that the cctv cameras are working to ensure the security, so that I can shop freely without worry. Thank you!

A very important question couldn't be answered: how do I extend time for my bag storage? Staff didn't know, though they were friendly and helpful as they could be, even allowing me access to my bags multiple times. App couldn't answer the question either. How do I extend time, and how much does it cost? And what happens if I accidentally leave the bags an extra day?

Friendly team. Easy process

Bounce was a great way to store my suitcase in between trips, easy to search locations, book my spot for my luggage and have a coffee and pastry all at the same time. I even booked myself in for a coffee appreciation course. The cost of the service meant that it was affordable and a great example of our share economy. Will use this again if the need arises.
