You must book online. It's a café/restaurant. They take your luggage at the door and the waitress (who's super friendly) puts it behind a screen. The same goes for pickup.

I booked a storage through the Bounce app. It's right next to the entrance of the mall on the Fountain of Life side. The staff are very friendly and it's very convenient to store your luggage.

The owner is super helpfull. At first I was hesitate about this service because this is my first time using it. But when I arrived , everything goes smoothly. And when I am back to collect my belongings. He helped me and told me how to get to airport the cheapest way. Def I will comeback to this service again when I need to store my belonging in Singapore.

The owner is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place, it’s near Mustafa where you can buy your “pasalubong” and other stuff.

Initially we were reluctant because there was no one to take our luggage and we were told to leave it in the room with other luggage, but everything was fine.
