I stored a large luggage for a weekend. The website was very easy to use and pick up was very quick. I suggest you book in advance to hold your place because there are some areas where it can get booked up (e.g. downtown Singapore). I would recommend this service to anyone who is traveling and needs to store their luggage.

Simply booked online, took a Grab (Asian Uber) there. A very friendly welcome in a wonderful and very centrally located restaurant. Professional and uncomplicated, quick drop-off/pick-up with luggage tracking. Would gladly use again. Simply perfect if you don't want to spend the whole day at the airport but want to experience some of the city. Although, in fact, Singapore's airport is definitely worth a full day if you haven't been there before.

I struggled a bit with direction, but once I found the place, the process, hospitality and support were excellent. There were even washroom facilities they let us use.

The staff were really friendly and I had a pleasant stay.

Chez Suzette was an excellent easy place to leave my suitcase. The cafe itself is also delightful with very lovely staff and delicious food, I highly recommend everything about this place ❤️

It was pretty easy to find the place. The cell phone persons asked us if we are there for Bounce.

Used the bounce service at this shop for dropping off some bulky shopping while I went to visit a friend. My stuff was placed inside a room and the staff was quick and friendly, so I was able to enjoy the convenience of moving around without a heavy load!

Quite hard to look for since the pin was different but the location is ideal..

It's completely different from the map location. If you Google the imobile repair store name, you'll see a cell phone store after going into the alley next to the department store and past the street tables. If you show me the QR code, I will keep your luggage for you, and when you get it back, just show the QR and it's done.

The service was excellent and the staff friendly, however more detail of the address would have been helpful as we wandered aimlessly for 30 minutes searching for the business.

I couldn't find the location for my first visit. It would be better if you could provide pictures showing how to get there. The service staff in the morning on 2025/1/27 was great, give her five stars
