It was hard to find the location, but they kept my belongings safe. It's a place like a market, and they offer luggage storage. Since they used an app, I trusted them and left my items there. Still, make sure to lock it securely with a password or padlock.

Very convenient. A bit pricey (SG$20/day for my large business suitcase). The office itself isn't branded Bounce, so that might be surprising. It's located right by the subway exit. You need your passport to drop off your luggage. I couldn't find the option to store it for several days on the website. I thought I'd pay upon return, but no, you have to pay in advance. The situation was sorted out on-site. I had put a Samsung tag in my suitcase, and apparently, it stayed there for the entire two weeks. You don't have to book in advance; everything can be done on-site. Luggage goes through a scanner, but I don't know what might be rejected.

Prime location, friendly staff

My flight arrived at Changi Airport early in the morning, just after 4 AM, so I was grateful for the 24-hour service. They leave the luggage near the hotel lobby. The location is also great, as it's within easy walking distance of hawker centers and Merlion Park!

Simply booked online, took a Grab (Asian Uber) there. A very friendly welcome in a wonderful and very centrally located restaurant. Professional and uncomplicated, quick drop-off/pick-up with luggage tracking. Would gladly use again. Simply perfect if you don't want to spend the whole day at the airport but want to experience some of the city. Although, in fact, Singapore's airport is definitely worth a full day if you haven't been there before.

I struggled a bit with direction, but once I found the place, the process, hospitality and support were excellent. There were even washroom facilities they let us use.

Conveniently located in China Town close to the MTR, this phone repair shop was easy to find amongst the other shops. They were attentive and quickly checked in my luggage. It was readily available on my return too. There are lots of good food shops nearby too

It was pretty easy to find the place. The cell phone persons asked us if we are there for Bounce.

Used the bounce service at this shop for dropping off some bulky shopping while I went to visit a friend. My stuff was placed inside a room and the staff was quick and friendly, so I was able to enjoy the convenience of moving around without a heavy load!

It was a bit tricky to find the location. It was a market. They placed the suitcase in a visible spot, but the owner seemed to be right next to it the whole time, and it didn't seem like many people use it. It was trustworthy because I used the app.
