Simply booked online, took a Grab (Asian Uber) there. A very friendly welcome in a wonderful and very centrally located restaurant. Professional and uncomplicated, quick drop-off/pick-up with luggage tracking. Would gladly use again. Simply perfect if you don't want to spend the whole day at the airport but want to experience some of the city. Although, in fact, Singapore's airport is definitely worth a full day if you haven't been there before.

I struggled a bit with direction, but once I found the place, the process, hospitality and support were excellent. There were even washroom facilities they let us use.

Conveniently located in China Town close to the MTR, this phone repair shop was easy to find amongst the other shops. They were attentive and quickly checked in my luggage. It was readily available on my return too. There are lots of good food shops nearby too

It was pretty easy to find the place. The cell phone persons asked us if we are there for Bounce.

Used the bounce service at this shop for dropping off some bulky shopping while I went to visit a friend. My stuff was placed inside a room and the staff was quick and friendly, so I was able to enjoy the convenience of moving around without a heavy load!

It's completely different from the map location. If you Google the imobile repair store name, you'll see a cell phone store after going into the alley next to the department store and past the street tables. If you show me the QR code, I will keep your luggage for you, and when you get it back, just show the QR and it's done.

I reach there no staff attend to me, he went to do housekeeping, call his hand phone never pick up, disappointed next time I will never leave my baggage over there

Drop off and pickup were super easy, the girl who took the luggage lead us to a locked room, we placed luggage inside and she locked it back up, everything felt secure. Very personable.
