I stored a large luggage for a weekend. The website was very easy to use and pick up was very quick. I suggest you book in advance to hold your place because there are some areas where it can get booked up (e.g. downtown Singapore). Very easy and fast process. Bounce sends a QR code, they scan it at the drop off and away you go. Left my bag at QT for a week while travelling around as the location was very good. Would recommend.

Such a brilliant idea and spot for store luggage in here

It's about a 10-minute walk from Lavender Station, and although it's a small shop, I got a little lost, but it's next to a 7-Eleven. When I checked my luggage, I showed the QR code and the clerk took a photo of my suitcase with his smartphone to make sure the recipient was the wrong person. When I picked it up, I just showed the same QR code and it was done. It's conveniently located, and I can get to Changi International Airport by taking the MRT from Lavender Station and changing once at Tanah Merah.

If you're coming from HarbourFront, take the Downtown MRT (Blue Line) and get off at Telok Ayer. The walk is shorter from there to QT Singapore. Friendly staff, easy take in or take off.
