Super easy, convenient location and lovely store owner. Would recommend.

The location was ideal to let us explore China town and downtown while we waited for an evening flight. I found the whole experience very professional. It turned out to be a class Mexican restaurant. The home made tacos were delicious.

The lady looking after us was very helpful and the drop off and pick up was super easy. Very professional experience. The bonus is that this venue was also a top class Mexican restaurant. The chicken tacos were delicious.

For those who are looking, it is not inside the market but on the second floor. If you enter through the main gate, it will be on the right

I met two staffs when I dropped off my luggage in the morning and another two when I picked up, all of them were extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

This is my first time using the Bounce service, and after some doubts about its authenticity, I used it and everything went very smoothly. Dropping off and picking up my luggage went smoothly. Just note that the storage isn't really secure in a closed room. I'll use this service again if needed because it really helped me out!

The address photo indicated by Bounce seems to be wrong. The store is actually located inside Market Square. The service staff is friendly. After leaving your luggage, you can easily walk around Government St.

Great spot to drop luggage and explore downtown, however the best part of the experience was the food! If you drop your luggage off you must stay and have a meal!

The guys were great to work with, we got there 10 mins early, not realizing it, but they were happy to help us. Would definitely use them again. Be sure to follow map on gps as the address is for the bldg they are in, not location of the doors you go in.

Payment for temporary bag storage was easy and straightforward. And the person who took our bags safely stored them and returned them with ease when my roommate and I came back for our luggage. It was a huge relief to be able to safely stored our belongings so that we could continue to tour, even though we had checked out of our hotel.

My roommate and I were so grateful to finally set our bags down for a few hours and enjoy the gown without all of that extra wait. The staff member who helped us at Little Shop of Strange was kind and the process was easy and straightforward.
