The location we booked in downtown was easy to find. The owner was also super sweet and nice (I recommend his store too; full of interesting and fun trinkets!). Check-in/out was also easy to do, just a QR code.

What a simple and pleasant way to safeguard our luggage for a day in Victoria. Super friendly host. Super easy location downtown - right beside Bay Centre, 10 mins walk from the harbour and museum… right beside food and drink stops. Highly recommend.

It was good experience overall. One thing that just ruined the initial good feeling was that we could not find it at all. The actual spot was inside a hand craft store and why we finally found it was thanks to a little sticker on the window. Too bad! Even the people working in nearby stores do not have a faintest idea about this service to be running here. On the other hand, the lady was really kind.

She was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

For those who are looking, it is not inside the market but on the second floor. If you enter through the main gate, it will be on the right

The address photo provided by Bounce seems to be incorrect; the correct location is inside Market Square. The staff are friendly, and after leaving your luggage, you can easily stroll around Government St.

Payment for temporary bag storage was easy and straightforward. And the person who took our bags safely stored them and returned them with ease when my roommate and I came back for our luggage. It was a huge relief to be able to safely stored our belongings so that we could continue to tour, even though we had checked out of our hotel.

So greatful, super easy check in and check out, great store staff. Thank you!
