Located in downtown close to shops and restaurants. Great place to store bags while we waited to check into Airbnb. Store owner was nice.

The service was great, we got our stuff back as we left it and the staff was friendly. One thing that could be improved: the luggage storage is a bit hard to find, there could be more signs in the building pointing toward the venue which has it.

The location we booked in downtown was easy to find. The owner was also super sweet and nice (I recommend his store too; full of interesting and fun trinkets!). Check-in/out was also easy to do, just a QR code.

Located right downtown, easily accessible, long business hours and bags in great shape.

Person behind the counter helped me right away, was friendly, and knew the process. Tagged my bags in front of me and took them away. Pickup was just as easy. They even waited while i took a couple minutes at drop off to put together my day tote.

It was good experience overall. One thing that just ruined the initial good feeling was that we could not find it at all. The actual spot was inside a hand craft store and why we finally found it was thanks to a little sticker on the window. Too bad! Even the people working in nearby stores do not have a faintest idea about this service to be running here. On the other hand, the lady was really kind.

The address photo provided by Bounce seems to be incorrect; the correct location is inside Market Square. The staff are friendly, and after leaving your luggage, you can easily stroll around Government St.

Payment for temporary bag storage was easy and straightforward. And the person who took our bags safely stored them and returned them with ease when my roommate and I came back for our luggage. It was a huge relief to be able to safely stored our belongings so that we could continue to tour, even though we had checked out of our hotel.
