Discover Victoria Harbour luggage storage

Easy drop off and pick up, shopkeeper was kind, and bags were left behind a locked door. Great experience.

Great store owner! Was very pleasant and helpful.

Very helpful and good location

The location’s pretty easy to find! The owner was nice and sweet (recommend his store too! full of interesting trinkets). The check-in/out was also smooth! :)

Super! Prompt and friendly service!

Flawless and friendly

Excellent service, very easy drop off

Was super convenient to our location. Staff was super attentive and very accommodating. Everything was great!

Easy to use and felt very safe and secure

The service was great, we got our stuff back as we left it and the staff was friendly. One thing that could be improved: the luggage storage is a bit hard to find, there could be more signs in the building pointing toward the venue which has it.

The location we booked in downtown was easy to find. The owner was also super sweet and nice (I recommend his store too; full of interesting and fun trinkets!). Check-in/out was also easy to do, just a QR code.

It was a little hard to find but the staff were very nice and the location of the store is very convenient

Easy to find. Drop off and pickup was quick and smooth. The store staff was wonderful!

Really straightforward drop off and pickup. Location was secure and the staff were friendly.

It was very easy to book the luggage storage. Staff was very friendly also :)

Very easy to find and the staff where exactly helpful

Ideal location. Very welcoming, quick and efficient. I left my luggage with complete confidence. I recommend it.

This location was in proximity to our Whale Watching excursion and was therefore very convenient for us to drop off and continue our exploration of Victoria. Before departing to Seattle. Thank you

Very very very friendly staff!!! Absolutely recommended.

Located right downtown, easily accessible, long business hours and bags in great shape.

Person behind the counter helped me right away, was friendly, and knew the process. Tagged my bags in front of me and took them away. Pickup was just as easy. They even waited while i took a couple minutes at drop off to put together my day tote.

Super easy, friendly staff

The location was clean, very secure and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would use them again 😊

amazing service!

It was good experience overall. One thing that just ruined the initial good feeling was that we could not find it at all. The actual spot was inside a hand craft store and why we finally found it was thanks to a little sticker on the window. Too bad! Even the people working in nearby stores do not have a faintest idea about this service to be running here. On the other hand, the lady was really kind.

She was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

For those who are looking, it is not inside the market but on the second floor. If you enter through the main gate, it will be on the right

The address photo provided by Bounce seems to be incorrect; the correct location is inside Market Square. The staff are friendly, and after leaving your luggage, you can easily stroll around Government St.

Great service - fab for storing our bags before an Evening flight

Awesome service! Thank you!
