Super friendly staff, easy process, great experience!

So easy! The staff were lovely and the location was perfect for exploring downtown without having to carry our bags with us. Bonus that there is a delicious coffee shop and cinnamon roll bakery flanking the location so it smells pretty amazing when you walk in.

This was my first time using Bounce, and after initially doubting its legitimacy, I decided to try it out and everything went very smoothly. Dropping off and picking up my luggage was a breeze. Just a heads-up that the storage isn't exactly secure in a locked room. I'll definitely use this service again if needed, as it was a lifesaver!
