Luggage storage Downtown

The guys were great to work with, we got there 10 mins early, not realizing it, but they were happy to help us. Would definitely use them again. Be sure to follow map on gps as the address is for the bldg they are in, not location of the doors you go in.

Owner was polite and helpful. Felt safe leaving our bags with a stranger in a strange land.

Great experience storing luggage here after taking the Black Ball ferry. It’s a lovely shop and Andrew was accommodating and gracious.

They were quick, remembered us when we came back and even made change for us for the bus!

It was all good. The staff assisted with the bags, which was a big help! Easy drop off and pickup.

Very easy experience, had no issues finding the place. Staff knew we were coming and had no trouble with check in or check out. Very convenient near the downtown.

5/5 experience! Wasn’t sure what to expect because I never used this service before but everything was great. Will say that this place is not accessible (some stairs—in case that could be an issue).

It's unfortunate that there are quite a few stairs down to get to the check in when you have a heavy suitcase however the staff person carried it up for me which was nice

Ben was easy to work with. He took good care of our stuff. The only thing I suggest is to check-out right away since I had to contact customer service to close the claim. I am not sure if the store or the customer has to do this. It was my first experience. Thank you, Ben.

The fellow at Axe and Grind was very helpful—he had a big smile! He came out and helped with our bags, as I had my hands full assisting one of our companions. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that the Bounce software didn't tell us that the bus depot has luggage storage, and that would have been more convenient for us!
