The location and staff were great. Staff were helpful. BUT - we made a reservation and were initially told on arrival that the storage was full and could we find somewhere else since the staff could not contact Bounce and say they were full. Eventually , staff found other space but it was stressful to think that we didn’t have a spot to store our luggage as planned.

We parked our bags in the hotel lobby. The receptionist put a post it note on the one bag with our pick up time. It was not behind a desk or secure, but nothing was missing when I came 20 minutes after my pick up time. No personnel was there to assure I only took my bags. So in the end it was fine.

Easy and efficient drop off and pick up. Only a 20 minute walk to the Flybus terminal (which takes you to the International Airport). Was really great to not have to walk my luggage all the way into the city (which is where a lot of the other storage locations are) and back to the bus terminal.
